Why Should I participate in Bridal Shows?Bridal Shows provide a marketplace for wedding professionals to advertise their products and services to a huge audience, without spending too much. These shows also provide you an opportunity to network with other vendors in the wedding industry. What makes our Bridal Shows different than others?Brocade Weddings presents unique bridal shows in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our survey indicated that there is a great need of diversity in such shows. Since California, in general, and Bay Area specifically has a large number of brides-to-be from ethnic communities, we invite brides from such communities, in addition to the traditional mainstream brides. This provides a perfect opportunity for vendors to get a larger exposure. Also, by attending our shows, you also get opportunity to network with ethnic vendors, giving you even greater exposure. Please note that advertising varies at each show. What is the expected attendance of brides?Typically one day shows, with above mentioned advertising strategy, attract an approximately 600 - 700 guests. It is, however, very difficult to predict number of brides attending a bridal show. Please note that almost half of the guests are brides-to-be. We make it affordable for brides to attend our shows by giving them discount on the admission ticket if they pre-register. Our exceptional (and valuable) giveaways are very attractive and draw a large number of brides. What are costs involved?Our booth prices are very affordable. We provide three types of vendor spaces: Corner booth, Standard booth and Foyer space. We believe in promoting local business to larger audience and, therefore, have kept our prices low. We like to talk to individual vendor and find out their advertising needs and offer a reasonable price. As one of our vendors say "Considering the amount of advertising you do and the number of brides your shows draw, the prices are very tempting". What are the benefits for Exhibitors?Low-cost publicity: Exhibitors attending our shows, get publicity without spending enormous amount of dollars on advertising. We spend thousands of dollars on advertising our shows and exhibitors benefit. Exhibitors pay us the booth fee which is fraction of the cost of their advertising budget. Leads: We also provide leads to our exhibitors in the form of the list of brides attending our shows. Internet Listing: We place our exhibitor's listing on our website. The listing remains there for a year. Website Link: For our exhibitors, who have their own website, we also provide a link at no extra charge. Support & Training - We provide information and support to our exhibitors on how to make their presence a success. What are the different booth types?We typically offer three types of booths. Our foyer space comes with a 6 foot table and two chairs. Inside the ballroom, we have standard booths which are 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. They also come with a 6 foot table and two chairs. Our corner booth inside the ballroom is also 8 x 10 but it allows traffic flow from two sides, gives you more space to work with and can accomodate two 6 foot tables.
